Mercedes do not expect to be “nipping at the heels” of F1 leaders Red Bull at the Canadian Grand Prix despite enjoying their strongest race of the season at Barcelona.  Lewis Hamilton equalled his best result of the 2023 season so far by finishing second behind Max Verstappen at last weekend’s Spanish Grand Prix, while George Russell staged an impressive comeback to complete the podium in third.  Should Charles Leclerc leave Ferrari?
