Lando Norris admits he ‘messed up' after Lewis Hamilton remarks
Lando Norris endured a miserable Sunday at the Spanish Grand Prix despite having been set for a promising afternoon, after qualifying third at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya on Saturday. Norris was exceptional on Saturday and was an outside contender for a podium, something he hasn't claimed since last season's Emilia Romagna Grand Prix. His hopes of a points finish though, let alone a rostrum, disintegrated on the opening lap. The McLaren driver was forced to pit for a new front wing at the end of the first lap following contact with Lewis Hamilton at Turn 2, in what was nothing more than a racing incident.
