Wolff: Mercedes may be able to develop faster than rivals

Mercedes chief Toto Wolff says he is hopeful the team can develop their 2023 car at a faster rate than rivals Red Bull and Ferrari. A torrid 2022 campaign saw Mercedes' eight-year streak of constructors' titles come to an end as Red Bull dominated, with Max Verstappen taking his second successive drivers' crown.
