Hamilton blasts “unacceptable” racist abuse of England stars

England’s hopes of ending a 55-year wait for a major trophy were dashed in an agonising penalty shootout defeat to Italy in the Euro 2020 final at Wembley on Sunday night. Even before kick-off, the match was overshadowed by the behaviour of ticketless England fans who broke into Wembley, as well as unsavoury scenes witnessed across the capital in the build-up to the game.
