The Australian driver’s journey to the top of the F1 standings has been nothing short of remarkable. After joining McLaren from Alpine in 2023, Piastri quickly established himself as a force to be reckoned with, securing his two Grand Prix wins in 2024 and adding seven more victories this season to lead the Drivers’ Championship by 31 points from Lando Norris.
