Red Bull requests F1 superlicence exemption for Lindblad

06/06/2025 at 08:1705/06/2025 at 23:12 Red Bull has reportedly requested an exemption to Formula 1’s superlicence age rule for its highly rated junior driver Arvid Lindblad, potentially opening the door for the 17-year-old to participate in an F1 Friday practice session ahead of his 18th birthday. According to a report from Motorsport.com, the application will be reviewed during next week’s FIA World Motor Sport Council meeting in Macau.
