F1: Mexico City extends contract to 2028

The Mexico City Grand Prix will remain on the calendar through 2028 as part of a new three-year extension starting from 2026, F1 has announced. Since its return to the sport in 2015, the Grand Prix has established itself as one of the standout events of the year with its passionate fans and electric atmosphere. The multi-award winning event has become a favourite of fans, teams, and drivers alike, with every event sold out since its return to the calendar, and 405,000 people enjoying the festivities in 2024, setting a new record.
