Strike mode: Hamilton bowls over Ferrari team in Suzuka

Michael Delaney 05/04/2025 at 07:16 After Friday’s practice, Lewis Hamilton swapped his racing boots for a pair of bowling shoes, treating his new scarlet crew to a night of pins and grins – a tradition he’s upheld in Suzuka since his McLaren days. As usual, Hamilton looked right at home, even outscoring teammate Charles Leclerc by a country mile: 165 to 68! While Ferrari’s on-track form has been anything but striking — just 17 points so far this season — Hamilton’s lane leadership might just be the morale boost the team needs.
