'Ferrari blocks transfer of key member to Aston Martin'

Enrico Cardile has made the switch from Ferrari to Aston Martin - or well he has attempted to. As of right now, the switch is only on paper as Cardile has not been able to start yet. He was presented by Aston Martin as the new F1 Chief Technical Officer, but according to a rumour from Corriere dello Sport,  Ferrari seems to be taking their time in letting him go.
