Before his wheeling and dealing in business landed him in F1, first as a director with Williams and then as a co-team owner of the Mercedes team, Wolff enjoyed some reasonable success in GT racing. Still a young hopeful, the Austrian won his category in the 1994 edition of the grueling Nürburgring 24 Hours.
