Marko issues dramatic warning over Verstappen’s Red Bull future

25/01/2025 at 15:0925/01/2025 at 14:38 Helmut Marko has issued a stark warning to Red Bull Racing: provide Max Verstappen with a consistently competitive car, or risk losing him. While Verstappen is contracted to Red Bull until 2028, Marko insists that the reigning champion will not remain with the team if they fail to deliver a car capable of fighting consistently for victories. Red Bull entered the 2024 season as the team to beat, with Verstappen building an early lead in the Drivers’ Championship.
