F1 CEO Domenicali confirms: 'Rotating Grands Prix in Europe very close'

F1 CEO Stefano Domenicali has shared that completing the plan of rotating a number of Europe Grands Prix is "very, very close" to happening. Rotating weekends between Zandvoort and Spa-Francorchamps have been rumoured as an example for this system.
