Alonso smashes expectations again: 'Nothing showed it was possible'
Even as now the Aston Martin garage is full of optimism after confirming the addition of Adrian Newey to their team, their current car is not near in terms of performance to the frontrunners. Fernando Alonso eventually finished in P8 after putting together a strong weekend in Singapore, something not even his crew expected, team principal Mike Krack explained.
