McLaren poaches Red Bull F1 chief strategist Courtenay

Courtenay is a long-standing member of Red Bull Racing, having been involved with the team’s strategy unit since the outfit’s inception in 2005. After a two-decade tenure at Red Bull, culminating in his position as head of race strategy for the past 14 years, Courtenay will move on to McLaren where his expertise will “add further depth to the team’s sporting operation”.
