Reflecting on his role at Enstone, Alpine's freshly-signed Executive Advisor Flavio Briatore insists that his presence at Alpine was desperately needed Ahead of the Spanish Grand Prix, Alpine announced a key change to its organisation, confirming Flavio Briatore as Executive Advisor.
