'Gasly extends his contract at Alpine, Sainz becomes his teammate'

Pierre Gasly is to extend his contract at Alpine, with Carlos Sainz becoming the Frenchman's teammate during the 2025 season. This is what L'Équipe says a few days before the Austrian Grand Prix. Gasly's news will come out through the factory team's official channels on Thursday morning, according to the French newspaper.
