Wolff: Sainz deserves a top seat [but not with Mercedes]
Mercedes have ruled out Carlos Sainz as Lewis Hamilton's replacement for a 2025 Formula 1 drive because they focus on their young hotshot Andrea Kimi Antonelli.
At the end of the year, Sainz makes way at Ferrari for seven-times F1 world champion Hamilton and has yet to find another drive, despite his experience as a proven race winner.
