Bottas: Why does nobody listen to me?

Valtteri Bottas slammed his Mercedes team after finishing fourth at the 2021 French Grand Prix on Sunday, the Finn was unhappy with the one-stop strategy that the World Champions persisted with which he believes cost him a podium or even a win. After winning the Battle of the Wingmen on Saturday at Paul Ricard Circuit, Bottas qualified third beating his Red Bull counterpart Sergio Perez but in the race the Mexican got the better of the Mercedes driver. Bottas was clearly irate late in the race when he radioed his team: 'Why does nobody listen to me when I said this was going to be a two-stopper?'
