Tsunoda told to control his anger after Q1 exit

Jenson Button has urged Yuki Tsunoda to control his emotions publicly after the Japanese driver’s disappointing early exit from Spanish Grand Prix qualifying. Tsunoda, along with Kimi Raikkonen, was one of the more surprising names of the five who dropped out in Q1. Among the first to start his final flying lap, the AlphaTauri racer dipped his wheels into the gravel and was only 16th fastest overall. Three days before his 21st birthday, Tsunoda said on the team radio “I can’t f***ing believe this car” and during an interview with Sky F1, he questioned whether it had not been set up as well as that of his team-mate Pierre Gasly, who was nearly four tenths of a second faster.
