Mazepin to Haas: A place in Formula 1 without a championship to his name
Haas has announced Nikita Mazepin as the new driver for 2021. Haas still has to announce one driver for 2021, but who exactly is the Russian driver who has not yet won a championship to his name? Billionaire son Mazepin is born in Moscow on 2 March 1999. Nikita is the son of Dmitry Mazepin, who is said to have assets of almost EUR 6 billion. Mazepin senior is a shareholder and chairman of Uralchem, a Russian manufacturer of a wide range of chemical products, including mineral fertilisers and ammonia saltpetre.
