Todt visits Michael Schumacher often: 'Mick is a talented driver'

Now that Mick Schumacher is about to make his official F1 debut, it also raises the question of how much his father sympathises with his son's achievements. Michael Schumacher himself has won seven World Championships and is still a record holder, but Lewis Hamilton could be on a level playing field in Turkey. Jean Todt still has a lot of contact with the Schumacher family, he explains in an interview with De Telegraaf. "He is still fighting, together with his family and his doctors. I also meet him regularly. We watch television together", Todt says. Todt doesn't want to say if they are watching Mick's performance, but he does praise the young driver.
