Villeneuve explains why he thinks Vettel is lagging behind

For some time there have been rumours about the reasons why Sebastian Vettel is underperforming and whether the German gets the same machinery as his teammate Leclerc. Asked for his opinion by Speedweek, Jacques Villeneuve explains that the 2020 Ferrari is tuned to Leclerc. “Ferrari knows that Leclerc is the future.
