Green: Racing Point must eliminate distractions to finish third

Racing Point must have a run of weekends free from distractions if it hopes to finish the season third in the Constructors’ Championship, according to its technical director Andy Green. The Silverstone-based squad currently sits third in the standings, but faces stiff competition from McLaren and Renault, who both linger just a handful of points behind. Racing Point has endured a drama-filled campaign, including a lengthy dispute over the legality of its brake ducts and unwell drivers unable to race.
