Honda experiences problems with the short overcrowded season

Masamitsu Motohashi has besides a beautiful name the responsibility for the technical policy at the Formula 1 branch of Honda. The Japanese will notice the consequences of the modified season. The season is shorter than usual because of the corona pandemic. Although they are happy that Honda is racing again, they do notice the effect of the current calendar. The races follow each other in quick succession so they have to adjust the pace at Honda as well. Upgrades, for example, have to be done faster on the car than planned. This undoubtedly also has to do with the disappointing start of the season in which the car of Red Bull and AlphaTauri is not yet doing what they expected. Read more...
