FP2: Vettel quickest in rain-hit session

Sebastian Vettel topped a rather drab and dreary FP2 session in Hungary as the rain limited Friday afternoon running in Budapest. Vettel was quickest with a 1:40.464 which was two tenths quicker than Valtteri Bottas, but the timesheet just had 12 drivers with timed laps on the board as the likes of Lewis Hamilton and Daniel Ricciardo stayed largely in the dry and comfort of their garages. The heavens opened during the break between FP1 and FP2 at the Hungaroring, but thankfully it wasn't as heavy and persistent as the conditions which cancelled the FP3 at the Styrian Grand Prix.
