Gerhard Berger takes to Ferrari: "The problem is very deep"

Former Ferrari driver Gerhard Berger is critical of the performance of his old team this season. The structure at the Italian race stable can count on him for his criticism.  "I said at the beginning when the structure was presented that it would never work.
