Renault protest Racing Point after Styrian Grand Prix

Controversy erupted after the Styrian Grand Prix on Sunday afternoon at Red Bull Ring when Renault lodged a protest against rivals Racing Point. Stewards posted at 18:56: 'Protest lodged by Renault DP World F1 Team, alleged breach of Art. 2.1, 3.2, Appendix 6 Paragraph 1, 2(a) and 2(c) of the FIA Formula One Sporting Regulations 2020 during the Race.' The protest was directed at the cars of both Lance Stroll and Sergio Perez after they had finished sixth and seventh respectively in the race.
