Is Vettel going to announce retirement? "He's requested an interview"

The future of Sebastian Vettel is extremely uncertain. In 2020 Carlos Sainz will take his place at Ferrari and so far no team seems to be open to the arrival of the German. Red Bull Racing and Racing Point, among others, have already indicated that they do not have a place for Vettel.
