'Ferrari talks about participating in IndyCar in 2022'

From 2022, the regulations will change considerably in IndyCar. According to Roger Penske Ferrari has a serious interest to join the motorsport series from that year on. Ferrari is the best known name in Formula 1, but the company has already indicated that it is also interested in other branches of motorsport. The American racing series IndyCar is one of them. The Italian team has now actually added word to deed, says Roger Penske. The American businessman and former driver is the owner of IndyCar. "We are trying to attract new manufacturers to the sport. Ferrari has shown public interest before and so we have sat down for a talk", Penske tells radio station Sirius XM. Read more...
