F1 season set to begin with eight European races

Following the postponement and cancellation of the first ten grands prix, the 2020 Formula 1 season is believed to get underway in Austria on July 5 with the Austrian Grand Prix that would be then followed by seven other European races. Since the cancellation of the Australian Grand Prix, the season has been put on hold. When the coronavirus situation started to show signs of improvements, Formula One Management began to establish an all-new calendar for the delayed 2020 F1 season.
