Race without an audience does not guarantee Grand Prix at Silverstone

Today it was announced that if there will be a Grand Prix at Silverstone, it will be a quiet race, because there will be no fans. Stuart Pringle, Managing Director of the circuit, has reacted to the developments around the British circuit.
