Chase Carey: 'Season should start on 5 July in Austria'

Formula 1 boss Chase Carey posted a statement on the website of the Formula 1 on Monday morning after it was announced that the French Grand Prix will definitely not take place. The top man states that F1 is doing everything in its power to start the 2020 season in the weekend of July 5. With this announcement it seems that the rumors of a season start in Austria have become more real. In addition to a season start in July, Formula 1 aims for 15 to 18 races and will possibly end in December in the Middle East.
