Ricciardo's salary gets cut by Renault in negotiation with Abiteboul

The corona crisis puts a part of the Formula 1 teams under heavy financial pressure and the more races disappear from the calendar, the bigger their problems become. Cyril Abiteboul of Renault is therefore in favour of using the crisis to implement drastic measures. Although Renault is not one of the teams that is already endangered by the crisis, it has become clear in recent weeks that Renault is one of the proponents of a further reduction of the budget limit.
