Bottas: I'm sure we'll be DAS-ing some of the straights

Mercedes will make use of its dual-axis steering system in Melbourne even under the looming threat of protest, says Valtteri Bottas. The system, which Red Bull's Helmut Marko has suggested his team will protest should it be on the Mercedes W11 this weekend in Melbourne, remains firmly in place according to the Finn. 'I'm sure we'll be DAS-ing some of the straights,' he told reporters on Thursday. ' It depends which kind of laps, and which sessions, and so on. But we're still happy to have it in the car.
