FIA announces private settlement about Ferrari power unit

F1 Test, Barcelona, Circuit de Catalunya Formula One's governing body has announced that it has come to a settlement with Scuderia Ferrari after investigations into its 2019 power unit, considered the most powered in F1. The Ferrari power unit has been a source of widespread speculation throughout 2019, with rivals surprised by the leap Ferrari had managed to make compared to their performance the year before. It was thought that the team were somehow circumventing the fuel flow sensor, thereby enabling them to burn more fuel for short periods, a feat proving very handy in qualifying.
