Mercedes pinch AMD sponsor away from Ferrari

Mercedes has announced a multi-year partnership with high-performance computing leader, AMD, who had previously been sponsoring rivals Ferrari. Ferrari has removed AMD from their list of sponsors on their official website as AMD now join forces with the Silver Arrows for the 2020 campaign and beyond – should Mercedes decide to remain in Formula 1, of course. The new partnership will see the AMD logo feature on the cockpits of both cars as well as driver and team apparel.
