Leclerc signs new Ferrari contract until 2024

Ferrari have confirmed that Charles Leclerc has signed a two-year contract extension to remain with the team until 2024. After working his way through the junior ranks as a member of the Ferrari Driver Academy, winning the GP3 and F2 titles back-to-back, Leclerc burst onto the F1 scene with Sauber in 2018. That rookie year would do enough to convince Ferrari to promote him to a race seat alongisde Sebastian Vettel for 2019 where the Monegasque driver would claim more wins, poles and finish ahead of the four-time World Champion in the Drivers' Championship. Leclerc was originally contracted to the Scuderia until 2022, but the new deal now commits him until 2024. 2 Wins 🏆4 Fastest laps...
