Abiteboul believes Renault and Ferrari have the strongest engines

It was a disappointing season for Renault as they dropped down one place in the Constructors' Championship. Despite 2019's shortcoming's Cyril Abiteboul is adamant they have the most powerful engine. It was an underwhelming season for Renault as they entered 2019 with high expectations. The arrival of Daniel Ricciardo was expected to take the French constructor to the next level and see them challenge the top three more.  However, they were overtaken by McLaren in the battle for midfield supremacy, their old driver, Carlos Sainz leading the way for the Woking-based team.
