Ferrari drivers defend recent race results

Ferrari drivers Sebastian Vettel and Charles Leclerc have defended the squad’s recent results, outlining that it has made substantial strides in 2019, with Mercedes remaining the benchmark. Ferrari has taken nine pole positions to Mercedes’ eighth in 2019 but has fallen behind 13-3 in terms of victories, with Ferrari failing to convert its last three qualifying triumphs into race wins.
