Raikkonen unhappy with final Q2 flying lap

Japanese Grand Prix – Alfa Romeo's Kimi Raikkonen says he wasn't happy with his final flying lap in Q2, as he was outqualified by Antonio Giovinazzi. Kimi Raikkonen will start Sunday's race in Japan from P13 on the grid. The Alfa Romeo driver did a 1:29.358 on the Soft tyres in Q2, resulting in him being knocked out of qualifying. This time was just over a tenth off the time set by Antonio Giovinazzi, meaning Raikkonen was outqualified by his Italian teammate for the third consecutive race. “It was a pretty ok session overall, but the conditions made it really tricky to control the car.' said Raikkonen.
