Zak Brown calls for 'radical change' in 2021 rules

McLaren CEO Zak Brown says that he wants to see "radical change" to the way F1 is run when the new rules in 2021 are introduced, with the regulations set to undergo serious amendment from the current rules. A budget cap could be set to enter for 2021, along with simpler aero designs, aimed at increasing the likelihood of good racing.
