Norris-Mercedes management link up is fake news

Mercedes and McLaren have denied reports regarding the change in management of Lando Norris which would have made him a Mercedes aligned driver. Auto Moto claimed that a company headed by McLaren driver Norris' multi-millionaire father Adam was involved in brokering the team's recently announced Mercedes engine deal. The report, which appears to have now been removed from the Auto Moto website, also claimed 19-year-old Norris is set to be managed by Mercedes even though he drives for McLaren. However, a McLaren source told GMM the report is 'entirely false' and 'it's absolute fiction,' while a spokesperson for Mercedes echoed the report is 'entirely without foundation' and 'untrue.'
