Sebastian Vettel says 'maybe I missed something' on Leclerc agreement

Sebastian Vettel says he is not sure what was going on during the first part of Sunday's Russian Grand Prix as he was ordered to let teammate Charles Leclerc through following an agreement surrounding the start of the race. According to Leclerc, the Monegasque was supposed to give Vettel a tow down to the first braking zone at turn two, but the tow was so powerful, the German ended up getting into the lead, causing the team orders debacle that dominated the first part of the race. Vettel told Sky Sports after the race: "I don't know exactly what happened - I think we had an agreement, I spoke with Charles especially before the race, it was quite clear, maybe I missed something?...
