Ricciardo excluded from qualy over power breach

Daniel Ricciardo has been excluded from the Singapore Grand Prix qualifying results after stewards found him to be exceeding power usage during qualy. The Australian was eighth fastest in Q3, but he was summoned to appear before the stewards after FIA Technical Delegate Jo Bauer reported that his R.S.19 'exceeded the MGU-K power limit of 120kW'. 'During qualifying session 1, car number 03, driver Daniel Ricciardo, exceeded the MGU-K power limit of 120 kW, which is in breach of Article 5.2.2 and the Energy Flow Diagram shown in Appendix 3 of the 2019 Formula One Technical Regulations,' the bulletin read.
