FIA rule on Hulkenberg's Turn 1 actions in Monza qualifying

Nico Hulkenberg was was cleared by the Italian Grand Prix stewards over his actions at Turn 1 of Monza in Italian GP qualifying. Only Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz crossed the start line in time to set a lap in the closing stages of Q3, with seven drivers then unable to set a time. Kimi Raikkonen had earlier crashed out of the session.
