Belgian Grand Prix: Starting grid with penalties applied

Charles Leclerc took his third pole position of 2019 at the Belgian Grand Prix, with Sebastian Vettel completing an all-Ferrari front row behind him. The red cars were in a class of their own on Saturday, with Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas consigned to the second row and Max Verstappen starting fifth.
