Unlike their rivals, Ferrari won't bring a new engine to Spa

With the season over halfway to completion the window for teams to bring upgrades is becoming smaller and smaller if they want to avoid penalties. When is the best time for teams to introduce a new engine? Mercedes confirmed on Thursday that they would bring a new spec engine to the Belgian Grand Prix this weekend, a move which is expected to only make them harder to catch as the other teams trail in their wake. The race at Spa is seen as one of Ferrari's best opportunity for them to win a race this season as they chase an elusive first Grand Prix win since Kimi Raikkonen won in the USA last season.
