Binotto claims 2019 Ferrari development won't stop

Questions might be raised as to whether Ferrari should cut their losses on their 2019 Formula 1 car and focus more on their challenger for the 2020 season. But Mattia Binotto claims the Italian team will continue to develop their current car for the time being.  Ferrari trail rivals Mercedes by 150 points in the Formula 1 world championship. Sebastian Vettel and Charles Leclerc aren't just chasing Mercedes either, Red Bull and Max Verstappen are hot on their heels.
