Lewis Hamilton changing approach for summer break, urges feedback

World Champion Lewis Hamilton says he has changed his approach for the ongoing Formula 1 summer break, in the wake of the illness he suffered. Hamilton competed at the German Grand Prix while unwell and admitted that he was not back to full fitness by the time the paddock rolled into Hungary the following week. “In the past I’d go into this break and I was 100% fit and I could go and party for multiple days and then go into the recovery and stuff,” he said. “I’m not in that place at the moment.
