Alfa Romeo's German GP appeal set for September

Alfa Romeo won't have their appeal heard over the 30-second penalties for Kimi Raikkonen and Antonio Giovinazzi at the German GP until September. Both Alfa Romeo drivers were handed the time penalties after the rain-affected race where Raikkonen had finished P7 and Giovinazzi P8. The FIA ruled that they had breached article Article 27.1 with their torque settings at the start. It's believed the settings they ran gave both drivers an unfair advantage off the line, something which Alfa Romeo deny and claim they have evidence to overturn the punishment.
